Kelly completed an Architectural Survey for a condo at 32nd and Shoshone, and staked out the entire complex for The Legacy Apartments in Highlands Ranch.

Kelly Surveying has enjoyed a long and successful history in the residential field. We've performed various types of work for a wide variety of projects ranging from six figure contracts for large municipal developments to smaller jobs for apartments, downtown condominiums and upscale suburban subdivisions.

Kelly has performed all the surveying services, (including CAD design, construction staking and topographical work) for Rancho Montecito, an exclusive subdivision project near Parker Colorado.
